Are you approaching the final stages of your Masters in Supply Chain Management, Operational Management or Economics? Do you have boundless ambition? If so, you are the perfect candidate for Slimstock’s Top Talent Program!
With opportunities to join throughout the year, you will join 6-10 recent graduates on a fast-track career programme. The Top Talent Program will further develop your knowledge
and personal skills as you become a specialist within our supply chain consultancy, sales
or development teams. You will receive extensive, personal coaching and mentoring.
Your journey will begin within our commercial team where you play a crucial role in active
customer & prospect projects. During your first year at Slimstock, your team will help you explore your strengths to determine the best career path for you.
Year 1
The first year will focus on practical experience, personal development, and project involvement.
Practical Experience
Gain insight into the industry by working alongside SlimStocks top consultants, developers, and support teams.
How long you will work with a colleague will depend on the duration and scope of the ongoing projects and your interests. In any case, you will start by shadowing a consultant before playing an increasingly active role with increasing responsibilities.

Internal Training
Learn the features and functionalities of our groundbreaking Slim4 platform, and take part in SlimStock Academy sessions to deepen your knowledge about supply chain management.
Personal Development
You will be allocated hours wherein you will have the opportunity to reflect on your learnings and conduct a deeper self-study about the supply chain environment.
Year 2
After making it through Year 1, you will begin with your specialisation. Year 2 allows you to determine the career direction you wish to take based on the knowledge and skills you have acquired so far.

Specialist Training
Whether you want to specialise in consultancy, development, or sales, you will continue to receive software and specialisation-related training. You will also be provided with the opportunity to work with our clients for interim assignments and will have the chance to play a role within the SlimStock Academy. Depending on your specialisation and skill set, you will also have the opportunity to gain international experience.
